When we began working with the real estate developer, the project faced several challenges that prevented full unit sales. The target audience did not view the project as a priority, and previous marketing campaigns had failed to attract the most interested buyers, resulting in low conversion rates. Our analysis revealed significant strengths, including a strategic location offering a safe and comfortable environment for families, modern architectural design, integrated services, and premium Zone A units representing a strong opportunity for high return. However, the project also had critical weaknesses, such as low brand awareness in the target market, advertising content that did not clearly highlight the project’s competitive advantages, and a lack of targeted communication toward the most interested buyer segments. We developed a comprehensive marketing strategy that involved a full market analysis to understand audience needs, improving advertising content, restructuring paid campaigns to maximize conversions at the lowest cost, and testing multiple ad formats (images, videos, stories). This approach successfully reduced the cost per lead to less than one dollar and strengthened the follow-up process to convert interested leads into actual buyers. The strategy delivered outstanding results: more than 33,000 qualified leads at under $1 each, 100% sales of the premium Zone A units, and a major increase in overall project sales. The campaign transformed from low engagement to a complete sell-out in the highest-value area.
